The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance policies through corporate channels, converting referrals into business opportunities, and providing exceptional end-to-end customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Lead Conversion

- Source life insurance policies on a corporate basis.

- Convert leads received from referrals into positive business opportunities.

- Conduct marketing activities at worksites to generate and convert leads.

- Customer Support and Servicing

- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-issuance support to customers.

- Address customer queries and ensure seamless policy servicing.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational & Professional Requirements:

- A graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in life insurance sales is required.

- Knowledge of the life insurance industry and its products is essential.

Desired Profile:

- Candidates must own their transport and be willing to travel within the city.

- Proficiency in both English and the local language is mandatory.
