Node.js/React.js Lead (5-10 yrs)

NodeJs/ReactJs Lead :

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ yrs exp in Node Js, REACT Js, MS SQL, My SQL, Working knowledge on Java, C# .Net would be a plus.

- Preferably from Product companies and fast joining within a month.

Responsibilities :

Your direct responsibilities will include :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good problem solving and analytical skills.

- You will work in a team of highly passionate engineers that is nerdy about building a great product.

- You have good analytical and problem solving skills.

- You own your code from ideation to development, and through QA and support.

- Write clean and well tested code.

- Work together with design, frontend engineers and product management to deliver new and improve existing features.

- Improve existing Product Architecture and coach other Backend Engineers by sharing best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) For Role :

- Design.

- Takes complete ownership of the product.

- Works with the team to come up with highly scalable and optimized solutions to problems.

- Takes active part in Code Review and Design Review discussions.

Estimation and On time Delivery :

- Helps team members come up with accurate estimates and reviews and signs off on estimates.

- Contribute to story grooming and sprint planning.

- Executes sprint activities as per plan.

- Seeks feedback from Managers.

Problem Solving :

- Identifies, understand and accurately articulates the problem.

- Clearly understands problem complexity. Sets realistic estimation of what it means to solve the problem at hand.

- Seeks appropriate time and effort to investigate further to comeback with details of problem. Solves the root causes and not temporary fix.

- Breaks down the problem into smaller sub set of problems. Applies computer science fundamentals to solve the problem.

- Focuses on ensuring problem is solved once for all and do not recur.
