Technical Lead - Salesforce Development (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

- Must have hands-on experience in designing and developing CPQ and Product Modelling constructs, catalogue rules using CloudSense latest or n-1 version.

- Must have hands-on experience in at least one full SDLC implementation of a product on CloudSense.

- Must have hands-on experience on CloudSense Solution Console, Salesforce Administrator and Java Scripting.

- Possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Sales Cloud and Lightning experience a plus.

- Possess a deep understanding of multiple environments, patterns and languages, especially XML, HTML, JavaScript and JSON.

- Ensure standards of QA are being met.

- Follow the engineering practices of software configuration/development/testing to assure quality deliverable.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills needed to support enterprise high availability Salesforce applications.

- 3-5 yeas of relevance experience [Medium to Snr level].

Must have :

- Salesforce Certification 401.

- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

- To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
