Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to join our team. The role encompasses critical functions such as financial modelling, financial statement analysis, investment analysis, project appraisal and securing project financing. The ideal candidate will support strategic financial planning and assess business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Modelling & Business Planning:

• Prepare detailed financial models for new business initiatives.
• Develop business plans and projections regularly to support management decision-making.

2. Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial statements with a strong grasp of accounting principles.
• Assess the viability of investments and business opportunities.
• Prepare notes and presentations with actionable inputs for management review.

3. Project Financing & Working Capital:

• Assist in securing project finance and working capital from banks and financial institutions.
• Coordinate with lenders and ensure timely submission of required financial documents and projections.

4. Equity investments

• Support the senior management secure equityfundraisee for new/established ventures

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of financial analyses and proposals.
• Generate insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Familiarity with logistics or related industries is a plus.
