Credit Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Interact with clients to understand requirements and prepare proposals for banks/FIs.
2. Evaluate clients credit data and financial statements for risk assessment.
3. Perform in-depth credit assessments, including financial, legal, technical, and risk analysis.
4. Structure proposals, review financial models, and prepare CMA data.
5. Liaise with banks, external agencies, and financial institutions for transaction structuring and due diligence.
6. Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
7. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights.
8. Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders in financial institutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Credit Executive in real estate finance.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and CMA projections.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Self-starter, team player, and results-driven with integrity and analytical aptitude.
