Procurement Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Order released to the vendors & Receipt of Supplier commitment & co-ordinate for dispatches.

2. Submission of schedule to CFT & coordination with South supplier.

3. Coordinating with cross functional teams such as production, logistics & inventory management to ensure the smooth supply chain process.

4. Onetime supplying of machining components.

5. Managing supplier contracts including terms & conditions, delivery schedules, payments & performance metrics.

6. Develop & implement inventory control strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock outs & reduce carrying costs.

7. Utilize inventory management systems to track & analyse inventory data, making informed decisions on stock replenishment & allocation.

8. Coordinate with procurement & suppliers to ensure timely & accurate receipts of goods.
