Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

Requirements - Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and manage content for the website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- SEO/SEM Management:
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and website development.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the companys social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility on social media.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Analyze data and metrics from digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Use various tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and report on campaign performance.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- A/B test email campaigns for performance optimization.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments (sales, content, product development) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized marketing projects and campaigns.
