Job Description
1. Own the BMC module testing.
2. Providing technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.
3. Review and Provide the feedback on architecture, design, and implementation approaches.
4. Mentoring and coaching team members.
5. Ensuring the quality and reliability of the product.
6. Creating and Implementing testing strategies, reviewing test plans and test cases.
7. Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with coding standards.
8. Evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
9. Participating in hiring and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
Requirements
1. Bachelordegree in Computer Science, ECE or Equivalent.
2. Good knowledge in OpenBMC Testing.
3. V-Media mapping and testing.
4. Monitoring of hardware components (e.g., CPU, memory, storage, fans) for health status and alerts
administrators for issues.
5. Knowledge of serial-over-LAN (SoL), remote console access, and KVM-over-IP technologies.
6. Familiarity with managing server hardware components (e.g., BIOS, firmware updates) using BMC and Redfish
protocols.
7. IPMI testing experience.
8. PLDM testing experience.
9. Working experience in Performance and Stress testing.
10. Knowing python scripting is added advantage.
