Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a PDC Shift
Incharge, you will oversee the operations and activities related to Pressure Die Casting within
the manufacturing facility.Your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth production processes, qualitycontrol, and adherence to safety regulations during your designated shift. Youwill lead a team of operators,technicians, and other personnel to meet production targets, maintain
equipment, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Superviseand coordinate all activities related to High-Pressure Die Casting during the assigned shift.
Ensureadherence to production schedules and deadlines, adjusting resources and priorities as necessary to meet targets.
