Job Description
- Must have experience in conducting Solution Workshop Session, CRPs, UAT Support, System Configuration, OUM documentation etc.,
- HRMS Cross-module integration knowledge
- Ability to conduct discovery sessions, solution workshops with client to determine technical and business requirements.
- Capable of independently carrying out Cloud Transformation Assessment for customers and create a roadmap of their To-Be Ecosystem
Requirements10 - 14 years of experience in ORACLE HCM Cloud
Strong EBS HRMS Techno Functional experience with Fusion HCM Modules implementation skills
Should have completed minimum 2 full life-cycle ORACLE CLOUD HCM implementations in Lead role in Core HCM, Absences, SSHR, Talent or Payroll
Must have experience in conducting Solution Workshop Session, CRPs, UAT Support, System Configuration, OUM documentation etc.,
HRMS Cross-module integration knowledge
Ability to conduct discovery sessions, solution workshops with client to determine technical and business requirements.
Capable of independently carrying out Cloud Transformation Assessment for customers and create a roadmap of their To-Be Ecosystem
Excellent Articulation and presentation skills
Should be well versed with Oracle Unified Cloud Methodology and ability to drive the Solution Driven Approach
Understanding of business processes/business flows and the underlying technical architecture
Should have Excellent Communication skills in English
Should have knowledge of Cutover and Data Migration activities
Should have knowledge of Cloud Integration Framework and different methods of integrations
Hands on knowledge in configuration and enhancements of SaaS Application
Good communication and client facing skills
