Requirements

Lesson Planning and Delivery:

Prepare and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum standards.

Student Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess students progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and examinations.

Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.

Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure an orderly learning space.

Professional Development:

Participate in professional development sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills.

Stay updated with the latest educational trends and technological advancements in mathematics education.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share teaching resources.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic and behavioral issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
