Senior Resident Physiology

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Academics :
   

   • Assist in delivering lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
     
   • Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
     
   • Mentor and guide students in their academic pursuits and research projects.
     

2. Clinical Duties :
   

   • Support clinical and practical aspects of physiology-related research and diagnostics.
     
   • Collaborate with clinical departments for integrated teaching and case discussions.
     

3. Research & Publications :
   

   • Conduct high-quality research in the field of physiology and related areas.
     
   • Publish findings in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
     
   • Present research at conferences and workshops.
     

4. Administrative Tasks :
   

   • Assist in the organization of departmental events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.
     
   • Contribute to departmental and institutional audits, accreditations, and other quality improvement activities.
     

5. Professional Development :
   

• Stay updated with advancements in physiology and medical education.
  
• Participate in faculty development programs and workshops.
