Role & responsibilities

Audit Implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings Facing external audits (e.g., HRA, ERC, ISO, etc.) and achieving benchmark scores Facing the client audits and addressing the identified issues Training Achieving the target trainings and man-hours conducted as per the defined schedule by the Food Safety team Number of training evaluations conducted and improvement in employee knowledge Conducting mock drills to create awareness on Food safety and environment safety activities Training & Awareness Supporting other sites at the time of crisis or for audit support Documentation Maintenance of Statutory documents Documentation related to FSMS, EMS & OHSAS Regulatory Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards Initiatives Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and projects Implementation Contributing to the development and implementation of FSMS, EMS & OHSAS Collaboration with cross-functional teams for quality-related activities

Candidate with relevant industrial catering experience may be preferred.
