You have experience with Saviynt IAM solutions-whether it's in support, configuration, or implementation.

You're comfortable working with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) systems and have a strong understanding of IAM best practices.

You are eager to grow your skills and make a tangible impact.

You are problem-solver, skilled in troubleshooting, and have excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for Saviynt IAM issues and incidents.

- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to identity provisioning, access management, and policy enforcement.

- Design and implement Saviynt IAM solutions to meet client requirements.

- Configure Saviynt components, including connectors, policies, and workflows.

- Integrate Saviynt with other identity and security systems.

- Test and validate Saviynt configurations.

- Provide training and documentation to end-users and administrators.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts.

- Experience with Saviynt IAM or other IAM solutions.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e., PowerShell, Python).

- Knowledge of databases and SQL.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.

- Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.

- Certification in Saviynt or other IAM products
