Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a DLP Analyst at ProNoesis in Navi Mumbai.

The DLP Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing data loss prevention (DLP) incidents, investigating security breaches, implementing DLP policies and procedures, and conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

Role & Responsibilities :

- 5+ Years Experience on DLP.

- Develop and maintain a Microsoft data classification & DLP framework to categorize data based on sensitivity and impact levels.

- Ensure the framework aligns with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies.

- Provide training and support to employees on data classification policies and procedures.

- Design and enforce DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data sharing and exfiltration.

- Monitor and analyze data flows to detect and mitigate potential data loss incidents.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data usage and protection needs.

- Provide training and support to service desk on data classification policies and procedures.

Required Technical Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with DLP solutions, preferably Microsoft DLP or Symantec DLP.

- In-depth knowledge of data classification standards and labeling techniques.

- Understanding of industry standards like NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

- Experience in incident response and investigation procedures.

- Knowledge of threat intelligence feeds and analysis techniques.

- Proficiency in security tools like SIEM, EDR, and network security tools.

- Skills in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis.

- Understanding of cloud security concepts and DLP in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
