Business Development Manager

Position Title: Client Relationship Management / BDM (US IT Staffing)
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab (Local Candidates Preferred)

JD:
•        Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and seek new potential clients.
•        Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
•        Build and promote strong, long-lasting vendor relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
•        Understand client needs and requirements, and provide the details about client expectations to the concern recruiters.
•        Arranging/ Attending business development meetings with prospective clients

Requirements:
•        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
•        Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development within the US IT Staffing industry.
•        Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
•        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•        Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
