Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products and services.
• Engage with customers in Tamil to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Answer customer queries and provide product or service information as required.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Promote company products and services to potential clients and convert them into leads.
• Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversion into sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales quotas.
• Data Management: Update customer details and interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and next steps.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Reporting & Feedback: Report daily progress to the supervisor or team leader.
• Share feedback from customers to improve products or services.
