Junior Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  
• Analyze data to generate reports on productivity, waste reduction, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of machinery operation & maintenance, process optimization, multitasking, problem solving, time management.
  
• Excellent managerial & leadership skills; ability to work effectively under pressure.
