Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Software Tester to join our dynamic team.

As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the software testing domain, gaining hands-on experience with various testing tools and methodologies.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ensuring software quality and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify and report defects.

- Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand product requirements and functionality.

- Document and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring clear and concise communication.

- Participate in regression testing and assist in maintaining automated test scripts.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and methodologies.

- Learn and adapt to new testing tools and technologies as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of software development and testing principles.

- Familiarity with any programming language (e.g, Java, Python) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
