Senior Consultant - Revenue Operations - CA (8-12 yrs)

Job Title: Sr. Consultant (Revenue Operations)

Experience Level: 8-12 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end book closing for revenue as per compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.

- Ensure timely and insightful management reporting and variance analysis of actual vs. plan on a monthly basis.

- Provide timely inputs, and where required, insightful MI into the monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting process and annual budgeting process.

- Review monthly reconciliations of accounts receivables.

- Review newly signed customer contracts for revenue recognition requirements.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 for customer contracts for revenue recognition.

- Continuously focus on improving processes to optimize performance and ensure compliance with any changing regulations or requirements.

- Coordinate with internal auditors and statutory auditors for timely closure of audits.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the revenue team.

Key Competencies:

- Qualified CA/CMA.

- Knowledge of accounting GAAP and IFRS.

- Process-oriented mindset and detail orientation.

- Ability to implement and adhere to internal controls.

- Knowledge of ERP accounting software & proficiency in MS Office.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with senior management.

- Ability to lead small teams with strong coaching skills.
