Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the Audio-Visual industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for sales. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and effectively communicating with potential clients to introduce our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tele-calling to generate new business leads and opportunities.
Qualify leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions from our range of Audio-Visual products and services.
Maintain an updated database of leads, track follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline.
Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve sales processes.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in tele-sales or inside sales will be an advantage.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of the Audio-Visual industry (preferred but not required).
