IAM Developer.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated specialist to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, with a focus on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Device Assurance for macOS and Windows environments. This role will support the development, management, and optimization of both Device Identity Assurance and Identity Lifecycle services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in macOS administration, MDM platforms, and IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Device Identity and Assurance: (Must have)

• Lead the development and maintenance of services for device enrollment and software discovery, focusing on macOS and Windows environments.
• Administer MDM platforms such as Simple MDM and Google MDM, ensuring compliance with security standards and managing device profiles.
• Oversee device security and lifecycle management, responding to alerts and ensuring alignment with corporate security policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Security) to enhance device data products, ensuring accurate enrollment, patching, and security postures.

Mobile Device Security & Compliance: (Must have)

• Enforce mobile device security policies and ensure compliance with corporate standards across all enrolled devices.
• Support MDM and IAM integration by implementing security controls such as MDM profile creation, device enrollment policies, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot MDM-related issues, working closely with stakeholders to implement solutions and optimize the overall device security landscape.

Identity and Access Management: (Nice to have)

• Manage and maintain IAM services using platforms like Okta and Google Workspace, with a focus on ensuring smooth integration and supporting user identity lifecycle management.
• Address IAM-related support tickets, handling user access requests, and managing identity workflows across the organization.
• Optimize identity security by leveraging tools like OAuth, MFA, and SSO technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MDM administration, with hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows devices in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, with experience in managing user identity and access using Okta or Google Workspace.
• Experience with device lifecycle management, including software updates, security patching, and compliance auditing.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) for identity and device management automation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams to resolve technical issues.
