About The
Role :

:UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable UI/UX Designer to join our team

The ideal candidate will have expertise in wireframing, proficiency in using various design tools (especially PSD design), and a proven track record of working on short-term projects

This individual should be comfortable working with tight deadlines, managing pressure, and collaborating with project managers and clients, including international ones, to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Wireframing and Prototyping:

Create clear, detailed, and interactive wireframes and prototypes for websites, applications, and digital platforms.

Develop intuitive navigation and user interface elements, ensuring the design aligns with user needs and business objectives.

Proficiency in Design Tools:

Expert in design tools such as Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, and other essential software.

Ability to convert ideas into high-fidelity visuals and designs suitable for web and mobile applications.

Handling Short-Term Projects:

Demonstrate flexibility in adapting design strategies to meet the scope and requirements of various projects.

Sketch boarding & Conceptualization:

Use sketch boarding techniques to explore design ideas, iterate on concepts, and create visual representations of new designs.

Collaborate with other team members to refine and finalize concepts that align with the client's objectives.

Business Understanding & Design Solutions:

Gain a deep understanding of client business requirements, target audiences, and goals to create design solutions that not only meet aesthetic standards but also address functional needs.

Develop user-centered design solutions that are innovative and effective in achieving the business goals.

Animation & Interaction Design:

Integrate animations and interactive elements into web and mobile designs to enhance the user experience, using motion design principles.

Create smooth transitions and interactions that engage users and promote dynamic interaction with the design.

Deadline Management & Pressure Handling:

Work efficiently under strict deadlines as determined by the project manager

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, without compromising quality.

Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that the most urgent and important design elements are completed first.

Client Communication & Collaboration:

Be comfortable with direct communication with clients, including conducting calls and discussions with overseas clients.

Collaborate with the project manager and team to ensure that client feedback is incorporated promptly and that designs meet client expectations.

Maintain a positive and proactive approach during client calls, providing clear updates, answering queries, and discussing design progress.

Cross-Cultural & International Client Interaction:

Adapt to working with international clients, understanding different time zones, and handling communication with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Be prepared to work flexibly and maintain professionalism in global client communications.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Strong experience with wireframing, UI/UX design, and prototyping.

Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple short-term design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients directly (including overseas clients) and work with a project manager.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.

Experience with animation and interaction design is highly desirable.

A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and problem-solving abilities.
