Job Description

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. This role involves implementing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions to enhance marketing strategies and deliver effective customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
Manage customer data within Data Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with Marketing Cloud for personalized campaigns.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, automation, and customer journeys.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing technology integration and deliver cohesive campaigns.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Marketing Cloud platforms.

Skills Required:

Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
Proficiency in email marketing, automation, and customer journey mapping.
Strong understanding of data integration and management within Salesforce platforms .
Experience in working with clients in a consultative and collaborative manner.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaign performance.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related technologies.
Experience in a hybrid work environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
