ITAM - Migration Tester

Role & responsibilities :

• Understand requirements: understand migration requirements, data mapping and solution design (high-level design documents) in an ITAM transformation project.
• Plan testing: create and implement migration testing strategies, plans and define detailed test cases to ensure migrated and enrichment data function as expected.
• Execute testing: in according to test cases. Validate that data and applications are accurately transferred between multiple environments and no data is lost or corrupted during the migration process.
• Manage defects: Identify, document and report migration related defects.
• Testing governance: prepare test summary reports and KPIs and communicate to stakeholder.
• Tools and standards: work according to organizations methodologies and tools
• Utilize your excellent experience with Excels and with building macros

Preferred candidate profile:

• Over 3 years of experience in migration testing
• Of IT Asset Management complex business processes
• In large organizations
• Of integrative and complex systems and solutions.
• Over 3 years of experience in system and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with Service Now - HAM module an advantage.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Vast knowledge and experience with testing methodologies.
• Understanding of end- to-end business processes and solutions.
