- Work independently to contact relevant stakeholders both - locally and in our Regional Units around the world, and if appropriate Consortium partners, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Clients to ensure the integrity of the schedule and so that the current project status is mapped in the schedule working.
- Analyze, review and create schedules including baseline schedules and accompanying narratives according to industry best practices and advise of issues and be able to implement mitigation actions for the best interest of Siemens (either as a Contractor or as a client with subcontractors).
- Set-up, configuring, processing and updating the project execution time schedule with Primavera Enterprise P6 / MS Project.
- Planning and tracking for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of industry plants at international locations (Electrical Instrumentation Projects).
- Coordinated with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- To define project scope and objectives align with project managers and stakeholders.
- Planning and coordination of project deadlines with Engineering Team Managers, Site Managers and suppliers over the entire duration of the contract.
- Regular quantification of project progress by means of critical path analysis.
- Analysis of deviations.
- Elaborating appropriate countermeasures in the event of delays.

- Read Contract requirements applicable to scheduling and implement them or review their implementation in existing projects.
- Carry out a delay analysis to pinpoint the reason of delays and work with the team to employ industry-standard methods such as Time Impact Analysis (at least at a basic level) to request extensions of time.
- Adapt and create WBS templates to the specific needs of the project considering the requirements applicable, deliverables, internal processes and guidance from the Siemens Project management and Engineering teams.
- To be an expert in using schedule management methods and tools (especially primavera P6 and Microsoft project). To properly initiate escalation measures where binding regulations for schedule management are not adhered to.
- Develop schedule management and structure, taking the project requirements into account (e.g. structuring, data integration, reporting, etc.) and considering the common schedule management regulations (process, methods and tools) set by the process owner.
- Prepare schedule analyses (scenarios, critical path, buffers, etc.). To devise possible solutions in cases of any delay in the project together with the project and specialist functions.
- To properly initiate escalation measures where schedule/forecast/actual deadline non-conformities occur and where substantial and repeated violation of the defined schedule updating process occurs.
- Prepare reports to support projects and specialist departments with schedule management.

- relevant experience of 6 to 8 years in Planner / scheduler role.
- Exposure to EI EPC projects in Oil Gas domain is preferred.
- Good communication skills, uency in English. (Written and oral).

- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and resource management.
