Job Description
Candidate with MEP background having experience Project Management, Site execution, Interiors, Renovation works, prior experience on resort/ Hotel projects is a must.
Lead overall construction management; Site and construction management; Quality assurance; HSE enforcement; and handover to operations and meet the standards for time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Studying Structural / Architectural / Interior / Landscape drawings,
- Value Engineering at Site.
- Co-ordination with Design consultants / MEP & Interior
- Execution of Civil / Structural / Interior / Civil Finishes works
- Ensuring safe working condition and implementing industry best HSE
- Management of site logistics and site management
