Job Description
- Should have worked as SAP AMS service delivery manager for at least 3 years.
- Should have working experience in any ticketing tool (Preferred - JIRA)
- Should be aware of AMS projects KPIs
- Leading a team of consultants, including developers.
- Maintaining service quality, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving continuous improvements
- Supporting team members as well as customers in articulating their requirements
- Managing stakeholders, gaining an understanding of client needs and risks, and proposing service improvements
- Helping to build the team and service offering
