Job Description

Leading the project delivery which includes project planning, defining workstreams, tracking, and managing the project deliverables.
Analyzing requirements, developing, and maintaining functional documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
Participating in the planning and estimation of project timelines and resources -Collaborating with other teams such as QA, Product, and Design to ensure that software meets the needs of the business.
Manage Kick-off Meetings.
Leading the design of new features and functionality.
Overseeing the development and implementation of software projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Review all Implementation project plans, identify and mitigate the risks and work with the project managers/Leads to manage them closely for successful Go Lives.
Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle, and communicate the project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations and individual meetings.
Guide functional decisions and ensure that the team is following the best practices in software development.
Providing functional guidance and mentoring to team members.
Participating in project planning, retrospective, and daily stand-up meetings.
Supporting the QA team during the testing phase to ensure the software meets quality standards.
Lead the efforts to identify root causes, troubleshoot and resolve issues with the software.
Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and ensure that the team is delivering solutions that meet their needs.
Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.
Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and industry best practices and applying them to the project as needed.
Capture and manage project risks and issues and associated mitigation strategies.
Proactively engage other members & collaborate with the subject knowledge experts to resolve issues or provide assistance.
Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Development, Customer Success, and Support teams for project success.
Utilize analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related problems.
