Project Co-ordination Secure Power (West)

End to end Project Co-ordination of Trade ups jobs - Power & Cooling

Responsible for Site Installations / Modifications - Power & Cooling

Responsible & Close monitoring on Billing and Revenue

Responsible for Project Management Cycle starting from Handover from tendering till Site commissioning, Collection & site handover to customer.

Co-ordination with Customer, Sales, DC, Logistics & Commercial teams to ensure billing & dispatch of Forecasted numbers in the month.

Overall understanding of Secure power Products Power & Cooling

Connect with delivery team and internal stack holders

WO creation for SOW Preparation ( Details shall be shared by Execution Manager) i.e : PC , SR Number etc

WO creation for One time site visit ( Providing order booked in syste )

Vendor Mgmt. (SOW explanation) & Execution Planning.

Following up for Reports with engineer for WO created orders and initiate for invoicing

Preparation of SOW with SR

Regular Connect with customer

Monitoring the backlog data and recurring Forecast

B2b Visibility and booking support to the Sales team

Transportation and vendor Co ordination
