Job Description
- Pre-qualification and empanelment of suitable vendors for various activities
- Preparation of tender BOQ as per the specifications, drawings and scope as defined by Engineering team and floating it to shortlisted vendors
- Apprising Technical Team/Management of the deviations mentioned by vendors in their offer both technically and commercially.
- Preparation of internal cost estimate based on prevailing market rates for material and labour
- Commercial discussions to select the most suitable vendor.
- Preparation of Approval note and Work Order
- Preparation of cost reports for spend and historical data
