Job Description

RannLab Technologies is a leading software development company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in mobile apps, web apps, websites, APIs, databases, and DevOps. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain project timelines will be crucial.

Responsibility

Project Planning and Initiation:
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize your experience in mobile apps, web apps, websites, APIs, databases, and DevOps to guide the team and solve complex technical issues.
Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks.
- Address any deviations promptly and adjust plans as needed.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources efficiently both human and material.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to prevent project delays.
- Maintain risk logs and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Communication and Reporting:
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and senior management.
- Provide regular project status updates.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews and testing.
- Implement continuous improvement processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Solicit feedback and incorporate it into project enhancements.
Budget Control:
- Monitor project expenses and adhere to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with finance teams for accurate financial tracking.
Project Closure:
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
- Celebrate successes and address areas for improvement.
- Ensure smooth transition to maintenance or next phases.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, IT).
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in [IT Industry].
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for project management.
In-depth knowledge of Agile software development life cycle (SDLC).
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
