Project Manager/ coordinator

We are looking for a senior person who has experience of managing engineers and draftsmen to deliver to final designs and drawings along with discussions with clients and handling their requirements.

• Planning and scheduling: Create schedules and plans based on client or contract requirements
• Project reporting: Prepare and update project progress reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Project documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as contracts, drawings, specifications, and permits
• Communication: Coordinate with contractors to ensure project objectives are met
• Project tracking: Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion
• Project management: Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects
