Job Title: ERP Manager Projects

Location: Remote

Job Description:

• Should have 15+ years in managing ERP projects.

• Plan the activities to be carried out for the project.

• Execute the project processes in the required sequence.

• Report the progress of the project execution to all stakeholders.

• Assess the scope of the project and arrive at the skill-set types required for the execution.

• Determine the estimated cost to complete the project.

• Discuss with customers on their requirements.

• Map their requirements to the available functionalities in the software application.

• Add components to the solution which are not available in the software application as standard features.

• Setup the parameters in the ERP application in each module to suit the preferences of customer.

• Migrate the required master and balances information to let the users make users of the application for continuity purposes.

• Training the users on how to use the various functionalities of ERP applications in each module.

• Training the users on how to generate reports and perform inquiries from the ERP application.

• Meeting up with prospects and determine the list of functionalities theyd like to see the demonstration.

• Prepare the demonstration in a sample instance of the software application and show the features to the prospect.

• Put together all the components for carrying the software application implementation project such as scope, cost, schedule etc.

• Prepare the proposal with the required components, communicate, discuss and make the required changes to ensure that the proposal is accepted by prospects/customer

• Ensure project is aligned with budget and gross profit margin expected by the company

• Identify and capitalize on any cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

• Partner with the sales team to lead pre-sales efforts

• Continuously innovate and recommend project management best practices to improve delivery and drive excellence

Qualifications & Other Requirements

• Graduation with CA or Postgraduate

• PMP or Prince2 certification

• Very good communication skills

• Capable of handling clients

• Self-starter and Self-learner focused on research and learning.

• Ability to play a variety of roles and most importantly take accountability
