Job Responsibilities and Pre-requisites:

As a project manager you will work extensively with partners. Understanding the requirements of Partners for Sandbox or Demo environment. Advise partners on which product or versions works best, hardware and software requirements, portals they should access for deployment specific documentations and the query resolution process.

Negotiate services and demo environment specific agreements with partners.

The work requires liaising between ETACS and partner community for planning and executing training and other allied functions like preparing project planning, SOW creation, project code creation, cost estimation, execution of the training activity, resource allocations, managing escalations if any and ultimately getting the final sign off from the partner.

You should have Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and should be a good listener too.

You should be fundamentally strong in basic banking concepts.

Prior work experience in Finacle product implementation and Training on the Banking Domain will be an added advantage.

Good negotiation skills.

Knowledge on JIRA, Cloud and On Prem deployment requirements
