Lead the technological vision for .NET projects, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.Mentor and lead development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Design and implement system architecture, including integration with external systems and services.Drive cloud strategy, particularly with Azure, ensuring applications leverage cloud capabilities.Oversee security implementations, compliance with industry standards, and data protection strategies.Engage in high-level project planning, including risk assessment and mitigation.Innovate on development processes, tools, and methodologies.
