Project Manager

wiRole & responsibilities

1. Planning:-

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies
• Preparation of Project schedule (Baseline schedule) to complete the project within the time schedule in MS project
• Review of schedule with team members periodically and take necessary action plan to achieve the targeted schedule
• Preparation of Resources requirements (Man power, Agencies, Materials, Tools, Shuttering Material & Equipment) for the projects
• Planning for initial establishment of site and do all the initial establishment with in the short time and start the work.

2. Execution:-

• Over all responsible for completion of project within the time schedule as per set specifications, drawings, standards and norms in a cost effective manner
• Responsible for taking necessary steps to ensure the progress of work as per monthly, weekly and daily schedule
• Responsible to conduct daily, Weekly and monthly review meeting with site team
• To frame methodology of work for all the activities to complete the task within the time schedule and a cost effective manner
• Responsible for handing over the site to the client as per the norms
• Responsible to get completion/experience certificate from the client in the standard format

3. Resources & Vendors Management:-

• Responsible to arrange Labour force, Subcontractors, Agencies required for the project in well advance as per company norms
• Responsible to identify the source for bulk material and other materials and finalize the vendors with the approval of HO
• Responsible to arrange required equipments and tools in advance, Effective utilization of equipment and maintaining the equipments in good condition
• Responsible to arrange required shuttering materials and effective utilization of shuttering material
• Coordination with subcontractors and vendor for timely execution of works and supply of materials as per set quality standards
• Responsible for timely certification of labour bills, Subcontractors bill and vendor bills for payment as per the company norms

4. Budget & Cost Control :-

• To ensure daily productivity of NMR labours as per the company norms.
• Responsible for effective usage of all the materials as per company norms.
• Responsible the effective utilization, maintenance of equipments and reduce the idle time of equipments.
• Responsible for the effective utilization, maintenance of all the shuttering materials and tools at site.

5. Quality Assurance:-

• To ensure execution of work as per set quality standards
• To ensure the DMW Infra culture/SOP in all activities, in all places at all time at site
• To ensure the house keeping in all places at all time at site.

6. Health & Safety :-

• Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction activities meet the required standards and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teams to address any non-conformance issues promptly.

7. Client Coordination :-

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Responsible for timely submission of reports to the clients as required
• To ensure proper records are maintained for client correspondence

8. Client Billing :-

• To ensure timely submission of monthly client bills as per BOQ and ensure all works executed at site are billed properly
• To follow up with client office for timely payment of bills
• Responsible for getting approval rates for non-schedule/deviated items at every stage

Preferred candidate profile

B.E / B.Tech Civil with a proven track record of atleast 8 to 15+ Years in Civil Construction and Civil project site execution
