Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee residential interior design projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Collaborate with designers, architects, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment with design specifications.

Manage resource allocation, procurement, and vendor contracts.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Identify risks, propose solutions, and manage changes effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or construction.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent).

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
