Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in RFID and IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. This role requires excellent technical understanding of RFID and IoT systems, coupled with outstanding project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and external vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on RFID and IoT solution design, integration, and implementation. Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients to translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to manage expectations and resolve issues proactively.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation of RFID and IoT solutions to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, technical specifications, and progress updates.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in future projects.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Production, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on RFID and IoT solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex RFID and IoT projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with technologies such as RFID tags, readers, sensors, gateways, IoT platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of RFID and IoT architectures, protocols, and integration techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including expertise in tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
