Lead a team of engineers and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets. Define project goals, deliverables, and timeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, design, and QA, to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed. Mentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
