- This role is based at Greater Noida, and reports into the Regional Head Project Management Services.

Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

- Manage and oversee the execution of large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases meet the stipulated time, cost, and quality parameters.

Client Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing regular project updates.

Site Coordination:

- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project progression.

Quality Control:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold Knight Franks high standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.

Budget Management:

- Monitor project budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within agreed limits, and manage resources effectively.

Health and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site, conducting safety briefings as needed.

Communication and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondences, with strong proficiency in professional communication.

- Problem Solving and Decision Making

- Proactively address project-related issues and take informed decisions to ensure success.

Reporting: Report directly to the Regional Manager, providing updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Professional Experience and Personal Skills:

- 18+ years of experience in project management, with a preference for candidates experienced in institutional or large-scale projects.

- Strong skills in contract administration, project planning, and auditing.

- Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications/Education:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma candidates will not be considered).

Work Experience:

- Currently working or recent experience as a project lead managing large-scale projects, including institutional, residential, or complex developments.

Skills and Competencies:

- Expertise in contract administration, planning, and auditing.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and other relevant IT tools.

- IT Proficiency

- Familiarity with project management software tools for effective planning and scheduling.

- Scope of Authority

- Responsible for all project phases, from planning to handover, with authority to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and make project-related decisions
