Project Lead

Position: Project lead / Project Manager

Business Unit: National Academic Department - Operations

What Youll do:

• Maintains the student database and ensures the proper implementation of ACL-ICSE program

• Makes plan, organize, lead and monitor the activities of the project team.

• Keeps the track on students performance and identifies the students need of academic

counselling

• Works closely with branches stakeholders for the retention of students and ensures the proper

execution of ACL-ICSE program

• Gets deeper into program issues and provides solutions such as modifying particular activities.

• Communicates with vendor and ensures timely compliance of project.

• Intra and inter departmental coordination for successful completion of projects.

• Prepares different monthly/weekly Reports, Leaderboard, Presentation with accuracy as per the

raw data received from multiple sources.

• Draft & send Emails for different type of agenda.

• Keep all the records confidential and maintain data properly with break-up.

• Maintain Minutes of Meeting for Virtual Meetings

• Coordinate all cross-functional activities, collaborate with leaders in varied areas on planning

and execution.

• Complete ownership of platform and adoption.

• Communicate with stakeholders at Corporate office & Branch level.

What You need to succeed:

• Degree in Management/ IT / Technical field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience.

• Leadership ability within a team and across organizations.

• Hands on experience on MS Office Suit and its products like Google Spreadsheet, Document,

PowerPoint Presentations, Managing GMTS and Drive etc. and Data Analysis.

• Knowledge of ERP / Database management / Spark TG / Ameyo should be an added advantage.

• Experience in stakeholder management.

• Ability to be thought leader, with excellent project management, problem solving, analysis, and

written and verbal communication skills.
