Project Engineer

The Electrical Project Engineer is responsible for managing and executing projects related to technical and industrial modular consoles. The role involves ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, quality assurance, and compliance with HSE standards. The engineer will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing project-related concerns.

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution:

• Track and manage overall project operations to ensure execution within cost and time constraints.
• Participate in project review meetings to evaluate progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop project schedules and monitor milestones in terms of cost, resource deployment, time management, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Complete project documentation on a weekly, monthly, and project timeline basis.

2. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Establish and maintain formal reporting structures on project progress for both clients and the company.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Address client concerns promptly, provide updates on project progress, and effectively manage feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project execution, preferably in the industrial or technical modular console domain.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling tools.
• Experience in HSE compliance and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (preferred).
