Job Description
- Firstly, develop project objectives by reviewing the project documentation and create a plan in co-ordination with management.
- Creating project schedules and identifying key project timelines for submission.
- Create a summary and analyze project information and recommend necessary action plan.
- Strong technical verbal and written communicational skill.
- Maintain and delivering project related document: drawings, datasheet, plans etc.
- Organizing and Managing project related documents.
- Assist in creation of documents for customer submission - check and review shop drawings as per tender drawings.
- Review and as built drawings before approval at every stage.
- Co-ordinate with client for completion of project with engineering approval and related technical approvals.
- Analyze project requirements and proactively contribute to resolve project related errors.
- Provide technical support to peers.
- Willingness to go to field to resolve issue if required.
- Should be able to work with other employees and take responsibility.
- Ensure timely completion of projects.
