Management Interns (Project Coordinator)

As a Management Intern in Project Management, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Project Managers to gain hands-on experience in the entire project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning project management fundamentals, with an eye for detail, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across various departments. Help in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.

2. Tracking and Reporting: Support in tracking project progress, including deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare regular updates and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

3. Data Analysis and Research: Conduct research and gather relevant data to support project decision-making. Assist in analyzing data and providing insights to support project planning and management.

4. Administrative Tasks: Support in scheduling meetings, organizing files/documents, and ensuring project resources are maintained. Assist with other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

- Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Research skills.

- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn; team player with a collaborative mindset.
