Project Coordinator

Project Planning and Execution:

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Communication:

• Act as the point of contact between project teams and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and create detailed reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks and provide updates to the project manager.

Resource Allocation:

• Ensure resources are available and allocated effectively to meet project needs.
• Track project expenditures and ensure budget adherence.

Support to Project Manager:

• Provide administrative support to the project manager.
• Help in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and contracts.
