JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a technically skilled Project Coordinator to manage and oversee software development

projects. This role involves coordinating project timelines, facilitating communication between technical

teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of project milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate end-to-end software development projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with developers to define project scope, technical requirements, and milestones.
• Manage Agile processes (sprint planning, stand-ups) and monitor project progress.
• Communicate technical details clearly to stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and Manage MOM of each meeting and prepare Actionable task list and execute them

with stake-holders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in software development.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technical workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Redmine, JIRA).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Technical knowledge to Manage Software development tasks and able to track Progress.
