Job Responsibilities:
Required Attributes:
> Prepare update for the Meetings with Directors and take Minutes of the meeting.
> Track IT Budget.
> Monitor all running IT projects and share the status with CIO and highlight the risk if any.
> To coordinate with Senior Stakeholders like CBO, COO-Ops etc.
> Should be able to manage CIO's Travel and Calendar and also any other task related to his Office.
> Should be able to escalate various IT related incidences with the concerned and keep CIO updated on the Delivery time and deviations.
> Good communication skill - both written and verbal - Hindi (verbal) and English (both).
> Good command over Excel, G-Space and Presentation skill.
