Onboarding Administrator

Tech Consulting is a leading provider of technology solutions and services, helping businesses of all sizes achieve their digital transformation goals. We are seeking a talented and motivated Onboarding Administrator to join our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials, including training guides, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new consultants, covering company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Issue and maintain office access and badges with appropriate permissions, while coordinating with HR.
• Assist new consultants with setting up their accounts, equipment, and access to systems.
• Track and monitor the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Provide ongoing support to new consultants during their initial weeks and months.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the onboarding experience for new consultants.
• Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in onboarding or HR administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus.
