Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to address business needs and enhance digital workflows.

- Create, manage, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.

- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with various data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, IBMI db2, and other databases.

- Develop and maintain custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with external APIs and third-party services.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

- Document development processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to leverage new capabilities and drive innovation.

- Assist with automation projects using RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UI Path, and Blue Prism to further enhance process automation and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all development and automation activities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate.

-Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, with the ability to integrate these services into Power Platform solutions.

- Proficiency in creating custom connectors and integrating Power Apps with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

- Familiarity with data sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dataverse, IBMI db2 with the ability to leverage these sources effectively.

- Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UI Path, and Blue Prism is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

- Adaptability and a proactive mindset to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve processes and solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with API integration and developing custom connectors.

- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations and best practices.

- Ability to work in an agile development environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong documentation skills for creating detailed technical specifications and user guides.
